Justin Clarke - Managing Director
Mr Clarke has a business studies degree from Massey University in New Zealand. He has spent 15 years working in the Kimberley; partly at Cone Bay, but the majority of time for the Kimberley Diamond Company at their Ellendale operation where he worked his way up to the role of General Manager, Operations. He has spent five years as a director of Blina Diamonds NL and comes to MPA from a role as Operations Manager for Sandfire Resources.
Miles Kennedy - Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Kennedy has held directorships of Australian listed companies for the past 25 years. He is a non-executive Chairman of Blina Diamonds NL. He has extensive experience in the management of public companies with specific emphasis in the resources industry. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. He is also an Attorney of the Supreme Court of South Africa.
John Hutton - Non-Executive Director
Mr Hutton has a background in accounting and finance and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Hutton has over 20 years' experience in the direction and management of a diverse range of successful commercial activities including over 10 years experience as a director of several ASX listed companies. Mr Hutton has had a long term involvement in the marine fishing, pearling and aquaculture industries.
Mr Hutton is a director of the Western Australia Fishing Industry Council, the peak industry body that represents all WA Fishing and Aquaculture industry.
He is a director of Maxima Pearling Company Pty Ltd which is involved in the production of Australian South Sea Pearls.
Mr Hutton currently holds nonexecutive director positions with ASX listed explorers Resource & Investment NL and Brumby Resources Ltd and was a non-executive Director of Sandfire Resources NL during the copper/gold discovery at Degrussa.
